Purchase Terms And Conditions: Orosee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of any product or of any purchase. 

Delivery: Our current order processing time is up to 10 business days. All shipping times are Canada Post estimates. For example, if you select Regular Parcel to Vancouver (the delivery time is estimated 8 business days), you should expect your package within 18 business days after placing your order. Showroom: Samples may be available in our showroom via appointment.

Returns And Refunds: If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 30 business days of receipt. more details on our Return and Refunds policy page.
